By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

The domain onlineuaeevisa.com is fully owned, operated, and managed by Only Express Travel and Tourism, a licensed company registered in the United Arab Emirates under Commercial License No. 1544594.

This platform serves as a digital channel for UAE visit visa assistance and related tourism services that fall within our licensed activities.

By accessing onlineuaeevisa.com, you agree that you will:

• Not misuse the platform
• Not submit any false or misleading information
• Not attempt unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Respect our intellectual property rights

You also confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions
• You accept responsibility for reviewing these Terms periodically, as they may be updated at any time without prior notice
• Your continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
• Only Express Travel and Tourism reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content, services, or terms at its sole discretion

We aim to process visa applications quickly and accurately. The standard processing time for express visas is approximately 36 hours, but final approval rests with the UAE Immigration Department and may take longer in some cases.

Please note that Only Express Travel and Tourism is not responsible for travel disruptions caused by flight or hotel cancellations.

Our service fees cover administrative costs and processing support but do not include government visa fees unless expressly stated.

• All service fees are clearly stated on the website or in a direct quote
• Payments are handled securely through Stripe
• Once an application has been submitted to the UAE immigration authorities, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejection or cancellation
• All amounts include Only Express Travel and Tourism service charges and exclude UAE government visa fees unless explicitly stated otherwise

While we aim to process and submit applications promptly, we do not guarantee exact processing durations. Delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Incomplete documents
• Additional requirements from UAE immigration
• Unexpected technical or legal issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

All payments are considered final and non-refundable once an application has been submitted for processing. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment caused by a system error
• A payment made without any application being initiated
• A cancellation or refund request submitted within 3 hours of payment and before processing has begun — in this case, a non-refundable service charge of 6.7% will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be processed in line with the relevant service providers' cancellation terms

Only Express Travel and Tourism is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website
• Delays, visa denials, or issues arising from third-party services or external events beyond our control
• Force majeure events or technical interruptions

Our role is limited to support and documentation assistance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Only Express Travel and Tourism and its team from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Your misuse of the website or services

If you wish to modify or cancel your application, please contact us before we submit it to the authorities. Once an application has been submitted, no changes can be made, and fees remain non-refundable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be handled exclusively by the courts of the UAE.
