Legal Agreements

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Only Express Travel and Tourism, operating the website Online UAE eVisa at https://uaevisa.scentsanctuary.xyz, and you, the user ("you", "your", "User", or "customer"). It takes effect on the date you first use this website or electronically accept this Agreement.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with all related policies and product terms, which are incorporated here by reference.

Any refunds issued depend on your bank or payment provider's policies and may take up to a full billing cycle to process.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Only Express Travel and Tourism, its officers, employees, and suppliers from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site or Services
• Your breach of any agreement or policy
• Your violation of the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights)

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

This Agreement is binding upon and benefits the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.

This Agreement does not create any rights or benefits for any third party.

You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you when using the Site. We make no representation that the content or Services are appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction.

Headings are for reference only and do not define or limit the scope of any provision. Each clause of this Agreement is independent. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
