Processing times vary by the option you select — from 30 minutes (Emergency Service) up to 2–3 days (Normal). All times are approximate and start the next business day after submission.
A clear scan of your passport bio-data page, a recent passport-sized photograph, and (optionally) an ID card or residency permit. All documents must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format under 5MB each.
If your application hasn't been submitted for processing yet, you'll receive a partial refund (less a $25 processing charge). Once documents are forwarded to the immigration authority, refunds are no longer possible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All approved visas are delivered electronically via email upon receipt of full payment. Please ensure the email address on your application is accurate and accessible — you'll need to print the visa or save it on your phone for entry.
